About ag88

Our Story

ag88 was founded with a single, clear purpose: to give players across Bangladesh access to a world-class online gaming experience that is genuinely secure, transparent, and entertaining. We recognised early on that Bangladeshi players deserved more than a generic international platform with no local flavour — they needed a home-grown service that understands the local culture, speaks the local language of trust, and offers the payment methods people actually use every day, from bKash and Nagad to Rocket and Upay.

Since our earliest days, the ag88 platform has grown steadily by listening to what players want and responding with real improvements. We have expanded our game library, strengthened our security infrastructure, and built a customer support team that is available around the clock in Bangladesh Standard Time. Every feature on the platform today exists because a real player asked for it, and that player-first philosophy is baked into everything we do.

Our mission is straightforward: make online gaming safe, fair, and accessible for every adult player in Bangladesh. We believe that when a player deposits money with ag88, they should feel confident that their funds are protected, their data is private, and their games are provably fair. That confidence is not a bonus feature — it is the foundation of the entire platform.

We also take our responsibility to the community seriously. ag88 is a platform for adults aged 21 and above, and we invest in responsible gaming tools that let players set their own limits, take breaks, or self-exclude if they ever feel that their play is moving in the wrong direction. Entertainment should never come at the cost of wellbeing, and we make that principle visible in every part of the ag88 experience.

Our Players

The ag88 community is made up of hundreds of thousands of registered players from across Bangladesh — from busy professionals in Dhaka who enjoy a quick Slots session after work, to passionate cricket fans in Rajshahi following every BPL fixture, to casual gamers in Barisal and Rangpur who log on for the live casino experience on weekend evenings. We welcome all types of players, and our platform is designed to serve each of them equally well.

Every player on ag88 is at least 21 years of age. We have robust age verification processes in place to ensure our platform is enjoyed responsibly, and our team actively monitors for signs of problem gambling so we can reach out and offer support before issues escalate. Playing at ag88 should always feel like entertainment — never an obligation or a source of stress.

Our Commitment to Fair Play

Every game available on ag88 — whether it is a Pragmatic Play slot, an Evolution Gaming live table, or a Spribe crash game — uses certified RNG technology to ensure that every outcome is genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor. We do not tilt results in favour of the house beyond the standard, published RTP rates for each game. What you see in the game information panel is exactly what you get.

Our platform infrastructure is protected by SSL encryption, and all sensitive player data is stored using industry-standard security protocols. We perform regular security audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities before they can affect our players. When you play at ag88, you can be confident that both your money and your personal information are in safe hands.
